Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.

- Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Sunday. We fulfill orders on Saturdays and Sundays; however, tracking information for orders fulfilled on Sunday is updated on Monday morning.
- Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed. Delivery times may be extended during public holidays or periods of unusually high shipping volume, such as Christmas and New Year.
- International customers: Customs clearance, duties, taxes, inspections, and delays caused by local customs authorities are outside our control and may extend the estimated delivery time.
- We work with shipping carriers and logistics partners that cover duties on your behalf where available. For countries where our logistics partners have limited coverage, we subsidize a significant portion of the applicable duty costs to reduce the amount paid by the customer.
