We know buying fragrance online requires trust. Here are honest answers to the questions we hear most.
Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every fragrance we sell is genuine, sourced directly from authorized distributors and brand-licensed wholesalers. We do not sell counterfeits, imitations, or inspired-by fragrances. If it is in our store, it is the real thing.
Where do you source your fragrances?
We source exclusively from authorized distributors and brand-licensed wholesalers. We do not purchase from grey-market suppliers, liquidation channels, or unverified third parties. Every supplier we work with is vetted before we place a single order.
Are the products new?
Yes. Every product we sell is brand new — never used, never tested, never refilled. We do not sell pre-owned or previously opened fragrances.
Are the products sealed?
Yes. Every order ships with factory-sealed packaging, exactly as received from the distributor. Tamper-evident seals are intact on every bottle we dispatch.
Why are your prices lower than department stores?
Lower prices do not mean lower quality — they mean smarter sourcing. We work directly with authorized distributors, operate lean, and pass the savings on to you. You are not paying for retail floor space, sales commissions, or flagship store overhead. You are paying for the fragrance.
Do you sell testers?
We occasionally carry tester bottles, and when we do, they are clearly labeled as testers in the product title and description. Testers are 100% authentic — they are the same juice as the retail version, produced by the same manufacturer, but packaged without a decorative box or cap for use in stores. If a listing does not say tester, it is a full retail product.
Why might the packaging look slightly different from what I expected?
Fragrance packaging can vary by region, production batch, or year of manufacture. Authorized distributors supply products from different markets, which can result in minor differences in box design, font, or label layout — while the fragrance inside remains identical. If you ever notice a difference that concerns you, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
What happens if I believe my fragrance is counterfeit?
Contact us immediately with your order number and a description of your concern. We take every authenticity concern seriously. We will investigate the product and, if it is confirmed not to be 100% genuine, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Your trust matters more to us than any single sale.
