Shipping Policy
Processing Time All perfume orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Canada: 7 to 10 business days after shipping
- United States Free Express shipping: 2 to 6 business days
- International (Outside Canada): 1 to 2 months after shipping
- Earliest expected delivery (outside Canada & USA): 2 weeks
- Latest expected delivery: 2 months (this happens rarely and has mainly occurred in certain African countries due to customs delays)
- Many international orders arrive sooner, but customs and local carriers can affect timing

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the carrier used. You can use the links above to track your package at any time.
Important Notes
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (we fulfil orders on Saturday & Sunday but update tracking on Monday morning)
- Delivery estimates start once your order ships, not when you place it (this applies only when there is a holiday, e.g. Christmas, New Year)
- International customers: duties, taxes, and customs delays are outside our control and may extend delivery time
- We ship with carriers that cover duties on your behalf. For countries where our logistics partners have limited reach, we subsidize a significant portion of the duty cost for the customer.
